These are savory and delicious no-cook kabobs! This recipe includes the kebabs themselves, plus the Italian dressing. You may also try this recipe with our Greek Dressing or our Cilantro Lime Dressing.
Ingredients
Cheese
- 12oz (feta, cheddar, or mozzarella)
Cucumber
- 1
Bell_pepper
- 1 (any color)
Tomatoes
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
Olives
- 1 (15.5oz) can black olives
Turkey
- ½ lb deli turkey (optional)
Dressing
- Italian (see recipe below)
Garlic
- 1 clove
Oil
- ¼ cup olive oil (or any vegetable oil)
Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
Lemon_juice
- 1 Tablespoon
Herbs
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the cheese into 1-inch cubes. Chop the cucumber into ½ inch rounds. Chop the bell pepper into 1-inch cubes.
Step 2
Make the kabobs by alternating between the cheese, cucumber, bell pepper, tomatoes, olives (and turkey).
Step 3
To make the dressing, mince the garlic and add to a jar. Add the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning.
